I recieve my media from CNN more so than any other news station. I tune to it about three times a week to catch up on any breaking news or to follow up on ongoing events/tragedies. Occasionally I watch Nancy Grace on HLN, which covers stories I find very heart warming. FOX 29, is a local news station I frequently watch to stayed informed with accurate weather, and any upcoming events. I don't necessarily compare and contract my news sources; however when im looking for a specific topic on the news I know what station is more than likely covering the story. CNN is a nationwide news station more on the republican side, which targets more negativity towards the president, and democratic party. FOX 29 on the other hand is more liberal, focusing on making positive comments towards the presidential office. On HLN, Nancy Grace, has a high tendency of delivering reports that cover the death of a child or when they go missing; still, she addresses political issues in a debate. Even though the three news stations, have their deiffernces, they all contain useful information on issues that may or may not effect my everyday life. They not only allow me to be informed of the occurrences in the world, but they keep me knowledgeable of important factors.
